Just in case you don't read the News section regularly, I've just added 2 more credits to the site so Picture psting is now available for this month once again.
Posting pics is easy... When you click reply, below the Subject field there is an Attachment box. Click on Browse then locate the file/pic you want to attach and voila!!
Easy peasy huh?
Please play around with the function, I hope it proves useful.

Here is a picture of Captain Thomas J. Beall wearing a uniform belonging to his brother General Resin Beall. Also Resin was a Congressman from the State of Ohio.

Hey Albert How did you do the picture attachment..I can't find how by rockhounds directions......but I am able to down load and look at the picture you did above David David, I just hit "reply" posted a message, then went to the browser and went to "my photos" or "my documents" and it automatically places the photo in the message board. Maybe everyone else can download the photo and I can't because I posted it. Everytime I try to see it I get error from the location? I am at least glad others may be able to view the attachment. I can't. David you also have to make sure that the photo is less than 512 kb's mine is 388.2. You can take a photo that is larger make it 3 by 5 or photo size to reduce the kb's before posting. At first mine was over 750 kb's I had to bring it down to 3 by 5 instead of 8.5 by 11 inches put it back in my photos and then I could hit the browser to post. It's really not to hard as I have stated here. But anyway that is what I did. But why I can't download I don't know?

David,
I have HP Photo Imagaing Software on my computer. I purchased it at Wal-Marts or either Office Max-----can't remember which? But anyway on most computers you can go in and change the size of the photo or kb's it will not post unless it is less than 512 Kb. If you go to sizing of photos you can change it to the size that will be accessiable to the internet. I hope this helps.

Beale,
I can see the attachment icon but it will not allow me to attach anything...I think Rockhound has it set for staff members only to attach pictures...won't work for me no matter what I try...
