Hi gents
what if the code called number two is not number two and broken by an amateur code breaker that was commissioned to publish the so called broken code by the Knights Templar and i say that with great reason of something i have found out. And what if the same code is also a code hidden within itself Sort of like code 2 and code 2a and 2b JOINTLY
it appears to me that most of the hidden code 2a is mostly names i am not real sure of that but it dose give way to that path using my system of decoding and recoding
i believe The master key /MACHINE is POSSIBLY all thats in Bedford VA Not to say thats not a treasure in and of its self my idea about the liberty bell as part of this treasure still stands research the bell you can find where it was taken down but where do you find it being put back up or put any where who knows it might be the holy grail in this treasure also

Tomm; let me (as far as I'm concerned!) give you a small congratulatory "Well Done" for 'thinking out of the box!' But I'll get to that in a second.
For quite awhile now... my family and I have been living in Pineville, Louisiana. Fully expecting, the whole time... to return to our home, here in Gerrardstown, WV... flip on the computer(didn't have one down there in Louisiana) and find that one of you had succeeded in finally putting all of the pieces of the puzzle together... and found "It."
Much to my dismay... you guys haven't succeeded.
As for Tomm... In my opinion: Cipher #2--- also contains... 'part' of the necessary arrangement to solve 'all of the mystery!' But "NOT" what everyone else is expecting.

OK Reb:
Before we start... I want to announce, that I will 'sell' a '50/50' share, in what is found in the 'vault' (for reclamation services) for the price of: $50,000,000.oo
The 'reclamation services' needed... "WILL" be in the form of 'Legal obstructions' posed by the location of the vault, which, according to others, will take more years than I have left, to resolve the situation.
Far more will be found... but I just don't need that much.
First of all... BC #2... plays a rather 'small part' in this revelation. But, yet... very significant.
So, let me 'point-out' my findings, about "The Declaration of Independence:" a. The Beale story... makes it quite clear, which variation, is to be used, according to the story. Which then "tell's the reader" that the Declaration is of absolutely no good to the reader to solve the remaining 2 ciphers. I believe: the object being, that the reader, will then 'NOT pursue' a course of getting 'an accurate count--- of all the words' of the Declaration... readily accepting the count as provided by the story, which is '1,322.' And 'LOCKS' the words in those places. b. The above is all true. The form of The Declaration, as provided to answer the 'provided' #2 cipher... will 'only' work for that particular cipher. c. BUT... by beginning the count with the very beginning of the Declaration, and the: "The unanimous Declaration...." wording. The count goes to: 1, 333 and thereby increasing the count by: 10. d. But even that, does 'NOT' provide answers to the remaining ciphers. That requires some other changes.

TOMm:
I'm sorry... and I'm not trying to be 'offensive'... but I'm truly "NOT" interested in any of your explanations. I complimented you only 'for having fallen across a very small part' of the solution (in my opinion). Not that you realize what you have found, nor what to do with it.

"NO!!!" Sorry, Reb...That wouldn't be fair. What you ask for... is not "Part of the Game!!!
I know where the 'vault is'... about 20 miles from here. And what it "looks" like. The story description... "is"... correct!
Just setting there... along the edge of the road... very unpretentious... the traffic doesn't even give it a second thought.
