No actually we were looking for treasure. That is where we dug over 22 feet down to a bottom of a well.

Yo! Well? 22 feet? LGA!!! Sounds more like CSA Treasury or Marshall Farm Well; is that in Bedford County, at Monvale?

Your right. That was a dig for the CSA Treasury. All we found were the containers burned that held the money. I have a photo of one of the kegs that stayed almost intact. It was in the water at the bottom of the well and didn't burn up like the others.

Yo! ;D Well... I "googled" GOOSE CREEK VALLEY ENTERPRISES, & I got NOTHING... SO! It must be that they do not have a web-site... or... it doesn't exist... or it is a "STING" OPERATION... beale, u chatted about the Feds up at Peaks of Otters once... what ya think? Yea, they are still around and the airplane out of Lynchburg is still flying overhead. Do you know if Claudine Ellis is going to be in Vinton for the book autographing or not. Hard work goes into to doing these books I hope to get a copy. Maybe give her a copy of mine. I would like to read her conclusions and final thoughts. You can never get enough insight. Find out for me will you Rebel?

Yo! (Looks like rain)... beale, we both can go to "local library" and "watch" for this event; Roanoke paper... Bedford Bulletin, Lynchburg News Advance, Burg, and also, look for "posters" announcing it in the nearby bookstores... IF I see such, I will "post" it on thread. The senior center MAY have it on September "Calendar of Events", and the local libraries usually has phone books; looking in Roanoke/Vinton phone book may give you the number to call for that center... "my gut-feeling" is, ain't gonna happen.. dunno.

Albert, are you still having trouble viewing attachments or have you fixed the problem? You haven't posted anything saying "yay" or "nay" since my post about it.
I hope everything's working OK now.
Gordon.

I still have the same problem. I can post attachments but for some reason I can not view them it says from my location. What ever that means? I sure wish I could see them. I can't see any of the attachments by others either?
By the way, work began today on my webpage. It should be up and running soon.

[ quote author=rebel board=beale thread=1186576918 post=1187004272]Yo! ;D : Went back and reviewed that e-mail... GOOSE CREEK VALLEY ENTERPRISES presents a Book-signing for Claudine Ellis (74 years old) - THE BEALE TREASURE CODES - THE KEY. At the Charles R. Hill Senior Center, 820 Washington Ave. Vinton, Va on Saturday, Sept. 1st, 2007 at 1:00 pm. Claudine, if you are reading this... come on "board" (or Debbie Painter), and tell us MORE... [/quote
I talked to Claudine today by telephone. She is going to be in Vinton on September 1st, from 1 PM to 5 PM signing her NEW BOOK, "THE BEALE TREASURE CODES- THE KEY. As stated above she will be at the Charles R. Hill Senior Center, 820 Washington Avenue near the Vinton War Memorial Building.
All you Beale Treasure seekers be there. This book is written from a Spiritual point of view-------something like the Clayton and George Hart with one difference, Claudine says the "SPIRIT" took her to where the treasure was buried. A landslide has since covered it over but she says she has been to the burial site. Please if anything go and mingle and talk about the Beale Treasure. We should all meet instead of just talking with each other with post on the forums. I hope to see everyone there.

Yo! ;D (sunny out... taking a "break" from mowing...): Sounds good, beale, Vinton, Va. is @ 1 mile EAST of Roanoke, Va .and Roanoke would be GREAT site for a Beale Ciphers/Codes/Treasure "Conference" with Book signings for you, Claudine, Peter, etc. in the future"; do "networking" and "talk it up". Will "post" the Sept. 2007 "gathering" and Claudine Ellis book-signing on "Meet-ups" thread.

Haven't tried to learn how to do the pic thing yet but i believe it would really pump up this forum. When i get into selling on Ebay maybe i will. All the other Forums like "Treasure Spot" with a lot of pics are really doing well.
