I was hunting the beach at Sebastian Inlet one day and came upon another guy swinging a Minelab. He seemed to know a lot about the area being a "local", so we began talking about the 1715 wrecks and the canabal Indians that used to occupy the area. After telling me a few good spots to hunt he said you know those Indians that lived here just loved to eat those shipwrecked Spainards since they had a better taste than Americans! Now why would that be? "True Story"! Serious answers only please! Ha! Ha!
