Hi Rebel,
Post #24 above has the cover of my book, "Lost Treasury Gold, The Confederate States of America, Volume 1" It contains 300 pages and gives details of the CSA Treasury from the time it was evacuated from Columbia, South Carolina to Charlotte, North Carolina and in Mid-February of 1865 was sent to Richmond, Virginia. At the end of March 1865 it was again being sent towards Lynchburg and Danville. Most ended up in Danville but not all. There is over 7 tons of coins gold and silver in Danville and 16 tons of gold bars and about 3 tons of British Sterling. Some treasure was sent towards Lynchburg, most of this made it into Tennessee but again not all when General Hunter made his attack on Lynchburg a large amount of treasure about four tons was moved towards the Big Otter and Little Otter River and very near the location of Buford's Tavern. So even if a treasure hunter does not find the Beale Treasure he may luck up on CSA Gold and Silver?
I have another book written this past January. I wrote it as a ghostwriter for J. Frank Carroll. His book, "Confederate Treasure in Danville" sold over 60,000 copies and is the Bible for treasure hunters seeking CSA Gold. This book is called the "ADDENDUM, Confederate Treasure in Danville." It gives the location of the CSA Gold and tells the exact reason why the Confederate Government lost the War Between the States.
