I may not get to find out whether the Beale Treasure is at my suspected site or not. The landowner has been putting me off for the past couple of years, one excuse after another. I may contact the landowner next door and see if I can recover the Beale Treasure through his property. It may be the other landowners loss. If anyone else gets to dig for the Beale Treasure I wish them luck. I believe the treasure to be at my site though. Once I get to dig there my search for the Beale Treasure will be over one way or the other. It is the last hole I hope to dig. Albert

The ORGINAL landowner MUST be protecting something; try another "approach"... such as looking for "family caches", CSA "relics"... ANYTHING but the BEALE TREASURE; B.T. is a BIG "turn-off", and you MAY become a "laughing-stock" of the community. ALSO... IF, "it" is on the "fence line", research and see if the "property line" is CORRECT; sometimes, it is "off" by a few yards, feet, inches; it is good to check with the adjoining property owner; DO NOT tell him/her, you are looking for the B.T.! ;D

I always just lay it on the line. Everyone in the area knows what we seek anyway. The property owner had a heart by-pass operation putting me off-----then it was deer season----now his brother has had a heart by-pass operation. Too fishy for me. The property owner next door does not live on the property which creates another property----he rents it to someone. You know how renters can try to be a middle man to make a treasure disappear? Talk to you later. Albert
