A very "creepy" treasure story you wrote in the Oct. Lost Treasure Magazine Albert! Ha! A lot of the "big" words weren't in my vocabulary though, had to get out the dictionary on a couple. Good reading anyway, keep em' coming!

Many thanks, kydave. It is good to finally get back to talk to you and others here on the Rockhound's Beale Treasure Forum.
Sorry, for my absence but I almost checked out on August 19th. I had not been feeling well since June 29. I am getting better everyday and I contemplate a full recovery within the next couple of weeks. It feels real good to finally be able to type again with clear thoughts in my head.
But, getting back to the story of Virginia's Mummy. I enjoyed writing the story and doing the research for the story. I suggested to Lost Treasure for the past couple of years to print the story for Halloween but their agenda does not relate to Holidays or such they print certain types of stories each month and this story just happened to fall in the month of October or maybe they reconsidered my idea. But anyway I am glad you enjoyed it. From my CD, "Tales of Treasure, Treasures I have searched for" I have now had 13 of the 14 stories published. I only have one left called "Salvadus, Valley of the Shadow of Death" The story is set in the 1750's and 1760's in Southwest Virginia. Maybe they will print it soon. I need to get my stamina back up and get to writing some of my stories, I have hundreds of them in my head but I never seem to get around to writing them down. Maybe soon. Thanks and I hope to post more often. I see Rebel is still doing his usual swell research. I miss talking to you Rebel, I hope we can meet again this Fall in Montvale? I have a lot of catching up to do--------A new life lies ahead of me and it is glorius. Good to see you all again. God Bless all of you. Albert

Hi Rebel,
You should have the story on one of my CD's. I don't know if I sent you one of the CD's or whether you bought one a couple of years ago at the Genealogy Meet in Bedford or not. I simply can't remember. If you don't have it or can't get a copy let me know your address and I will get a hard copy off to you. Not a Lost Treasure copy, I won't get one of those until mid-October. Kydave is a subscriber and he gets the magazine two months earlier. I hope to see you soon. Albert

Thanks, kydave. It is definitely a good feeling to be back. I am working harder than ever to recover treasure, not only the Beale Treasure. The landowners have kept me from the Beale Treasure. I could have recovered the treasure last year, but I have not been back on the property. Maybe one day. If not, I will document the location and all the research to verify the location. It won't be lost again. Someone will recover it one of these days. I thought of buying the property. It is not posted or advertised, but they are asking $1.3 Million------a treasure in it's own way. Good luck to you kydave. PS Follow that silvermine trail or road it will take you to SWIFT SILVER MINES.

;D GOOD to "see" ya, again, beale! YES! I do have yer CD; brought several from you at the Bedford County Gen. Fair, a FEW years ago. Read 'em, and they ARE good! ANOTHER Bedford County Gen. Fair, for Bedford/Bedford County families is being held NEXT Saturday, Sept. 12th, 9am - 3pm at Bedford CVCC "campus" (as it was, years ago). I am NOT going, as wife & I gotta go to the DAY IN THE PARK, in Lynchburg, Va. at Miller Park; Cops & churches are doing a "Bibles for Guns", with a car raffle, to be awarded to the winner; so far, we have gotten @ 14 + guns; NOT bad for a town with @ 19 GANGS! ANYWAY, see ya soon, MAYBE in Montvale, Fall of 2009. www.bedfordgensociety.org/

Thanks, Rebel, I am trying to get into a position where I can start up my own treasure recovery team. I first have to get all of my debt paid off, which I have just about finished, then I am going to take my LLC and get some good help from others that want to do treasure hunting full time all the time.
Glad you liked the story. I sure wish I had the time to get back up that way and try to find Phineas Clay's gold. Don't care too much for the warning about finding the gold as I told you and you already know-------if you have Indian blood you can recover treasure without the worry about such things. Talk to you later. Albert

;D True... it IS "in the blood"; GREAT SPIRIT tells me, you WOULD be successful, if you did that. I would certainly get Claudine on yer TEAM; Together, Each Achieve More. We can start adding the "mystical" element; and remind her that she was to "find" GRB's grave-site... THEN, EVERYTHING, can be re- vealed. I think I "saw" the guy, and he IS leading me to Roanoke County, Va., and "near-by" areas. Just continue to "take notes", then we all can "talk" at some "point in time".
