Rebel,
I am going to apologize to everyone on this forum. I took something that was a small part of my memory and right away I believed that Roy Dallas and his sponsor had actually found the Beale Treasure.
treasure1822 you are exactly right--------no one can claim a treasure has been found until it is recovered and someone can lay eyes on it. I should have learned that lesson a long time ago from dear departed dad, he told me to believe nothing I hear and only one-half of what I could see. You know when you gaze into the heavens over one-half of what you see is not actually there.
With all of my research, I still believe that I have the location of the CSA Treasury and the location of the Beale Treasure. I will always believe that until someone can as treasure1822 said until these treasures are recovered. I am going to pay no attention anymore to others boast, no more to their gpr scans or whatever, until I hear they have recovered the treasure, I will continue to research until I can recover the treasure at my locations. It has been over four years now since my ex-partner revealed his gpr scans to the world in newspaper and on television yet I have not heard or seen any treasure that he has recovered. I on the other hand have recovered several nice coins, eleven silver and copper and five gold.
What all of this apology and post boils down to is do your own thing whether right or wrong and live with it. Thanks for listening. Albert

;D beale, RELAX! It is OK; you have all the info, in yer head; now "meditate"... be still, and listen, to yer "inner wisdom". It is sorta like Claudine, and I... DO NOT be afraid. You don't have to apologize to ANYONE; we are "on the ground" HERE... you, in Danville, Va., and can "see" the signs, when we are aware of 'em. "Arm-chair" TH'ers CAN NOT do THAT, and OFTEN are stuck "in-the-box" of PUBLISHED "history"; research is STILL "on-going"... on the BEALE/BEALL TREASURE and the CSA TREASURY/ASSETS. THAT is why all of it is STILL fun for me. P. V. was correct, in his last "novel"/"faction"... which is FICTION, based on FACTS! Carry on... RELAX, and have FUN!

Rebel and Kydave, Thanks for your post and keeping everything alive and still kicking. I have to apologize for not being on the forum for a while but I have been busy.
I am still promoting my CD Books. I am getting Certificates of Authenticity made for the 18 CSA Coins I found back at the latter end of 2008 and the beginning of last year, 2009. I gave three coins away so I only have 15 to sell. I may do a 50 % markup on the coins value for the certificates especially since this will be the first time I have did this-------it may fly who knows.
The research is on going 24-7 I have very little time to hunt in the field as our job has picked up-----last year after vacation I worked 17 of 20 Saturdays. So I have very little time to hunt for treasure. I am still trying to get access to the Beale Treasure property. The landowner seems to want to go for it then he changes his mind and with my work schedule I can not get his time and my free time to match.
The City Manager in Danville died shortly after I had a meeting with him in his office. He said you may as well go on to something else, I am never going to let you dig so long as I am in office. WELL, no longer among the living whether good or bad but I have been unable to arrange a meeting with the new City Manager. He just was sworn in this past week.
My partner in NC and I are still researching treasures all over NC, SC, Georgia and here in Virginia. I am still trying to find a cache of $40,000 in gold coins about 8 miles from my home. I have been unsuccessfull so far but when found this cache would be worth about four million dollars.
I notice our friends that had the co-ordinates of the Beale Treasure in Danville have been quite since we have now had warm weather for the past three months? I don't think we will hear from them again at least not successfully anyway.
I will try to post more but I get tangled in my research with deeds, wills and records and it seems I can never sort out all of my research but I am giving it a heros effort. Talk to you sooner than later. Albert
