Is THIS another KGC-related organization? CASTLES? LAWD GAWD A'MIGHTY! "Google"... "Knights of the Golden Eagle -"Phoenixmasonry" AND! Is it related to the Beale Treasure? Related to Paschal Buford... Robert Morriss? ESQ was after RM's name once; PB was also known as ESQ. WELL! There is an ESQ (ESQUIRE officer in the KGE; COULD be the 1885 date of the "JOB PRINT"/The BEALE PAPERS. Robert MORRISS and Paschal Buford... one and the SAME person. Paschal was ALSO Thom. J. Beale, and wrote the SECOND Beale "text", using a copy of the DOI, that he had, PROBABLY when "over-wintering" in Lynchburg, Va., at the "Washington Hotel". ANOTHER "source"... mill-valley.freemasonry.biz/marin_knights_golden_eagle.htm ;D Look VERY closely at the "pic" of the CASTLE!

;D MORE "sources".... users.erols.com/kgeeaglemiller/knightsofthegoldeneagle.home.html www.stichtingargus.nl/vrijmetselarij/kge_en.html ;D SO! After the Civil War was over, Lynchburg, Va. was "flooded" with ppl from Baltimore, Md. From 1865 - 1885 ppl who later became KGE ("founded" in Baltimore, Md. in 1872/73); "upgrade" from KGC/OAK/SOL, etc. ;D PB was able to be a member as ESQ up to 1875, when he died; he was a "VENERABLE". 1885 "working" of the "JOB PRINT"/BEALE PAPERS indicate a "code" relating to PB's past in New Orleans (French words), his "wealth" is explained, his "station" as ESQ in KGE is explained, He was CAPTAIN Buford (from War of 1812)... even as JUDGE Buford. ;D MORE, later!
