I work for a TV production company in Los Angeles and I'm doing initial research on the Beale Ciphers and the treasure. Sorry if these seem like novice questions, but is anyone still actively searching for the treasures? Has anyone dedicated a good portion of their lives to deciphering these texts and finding this treasure. Could it be a hoax? Are there any NEW clues? Would you be willing to talk with a camera crew about his and share your story? Only serious treasure hunters should comment on this thread.

Why would a TV production company want to make a film about the Beale Treasure? I mean every production company there is have already made a film------History Channel, Discovery Channel, BBC, Turner Network and the list goes on and on.
What do you think you can possibly add to the media with another of the same old same old same old.
If you are interested in new research, new information and believe me this stuff is really new. I have the location of property of TJB's partner that survived the massacre out West, survived the massacre on the Blue Ridge Parkway. And most likely if the treasure was buried in Bedford County ----this partner has moved it to his property. Thomas Jefferson Beall was his best man at his wedding in 1826.
I also have a handdrawn map of the treasure site in Thomas J. Beall's handwriting.
Another partner of TJB's owned land in North Goose Creek and this is one of the suspected sites checked out by the late Clayton Hart. His only problem was he checked out land where the granddaughter lived not the grandmother's property of which I have a topo-map of this property also.
If you are interested in any of this new information you can send me a pm and I in return will give you my phone number and we can talk. But, only contact me if you are serious and I mean serious as $$$$$$. I have already been screwed by the Discovery Channel and FOX Network.

Beale/Rebel...
Question: On the southern coast of Maine was a BEALE family....namely Col. William Beale, then Mainwaring Beal Jr., then Barnabus C. "Tall Barney" Beal (note the "e" is dropped as time goes on)...can you link this Beale/Beal family with any in the Richmond, Virginia Beale families? Here is a link to this family if it works on this thread:
A Biographical Sketch of Tall Barney (Google)
Pat Pellegrino: I'm your huckleberry. I'll e-mail you by Thursday morning (02-24-2011).

HA! We have a PLANTATION of Beale family (POSSIBLY Beall, depending on the spelling, ie ANOTHER "l"... SMALL, for "e"). It was NORTH of Upper Goose Creek Valley, EAST of Buchanan, in Botetourt County Va. BLUE FOUNTAIN, I think it was called; base of Purgatory Mountain, next to James River... NOT sure about Maine, tho. DOUBTFUL!

All I want to do is recover the treasure. Do what you want to do and good luck. Be sure and tell pat, I have decided to not accept. Thanks. Albert
