For anyone that is still searching for the Beale Treasure. Why hunt for it when I have it for sale? By placing $20,000. in an escrow account where neither of us can touch without the permission of the other and 10% of the value of whatever is recovered and the $20,000. being my property as soon as the Beale Treasure is recovered; I will take you and show you exactly where to dig. This is no hoax or gimmick or joke. If there is no treasure, you keep the $20,000. albert_hunter@yahoo.com

Ha! You can't wear orange when you're sneakin around behind "No Trespassing" signs lookin for buried treasure or civil war relics. Don't know what to make of the $20,000 offer? Seems a group of treasure hunters could chip in on the deal, i know some get together on other treasure hunts with no guarantee's!

Yea, Rebel, we need to wait until deer hunting season is over with. Does anyone know exactly when deer hunting ends. Sometime in January or February?
Does anyone out there live near Washington, Penn.? I need some research from up there. It concerns the Beale Treasure. I would like to know what happened to Beale's father's estate and if there are any letters still in their generations. That's the only way this mystery is going to be solved is by us all putting our research together. The treasure is easier to find than putting this whole story together as it happened. That is what I am working on and have been for the past ten years. I know where the treasure is i just want to put the whole story together. I lot of history is missing from that era. There are more books on the Revolution and the Civil War but nothing in between. That is the history gap I would like to finish. Anyone can help please let me know? albert_hunter@yahoo.com

Yo! Rebel here: ;D Beale, it was good talking to ya on the phone, last night... hunting season for Region 2 (here) will probably end in January, 2006... BUT... some of these "good old boys" willl continue to hunt deer, bear. turkey 'til about March... I think about mid-March would be best time to continue the QUEST... First, the $ 5 Million Cache of Marshall Plantation (or McIntosh Farm...) south of Forest, Va. Gotta do some more research in Jones Memorial Library on the PLANTATION... Then, I can show you the Beech Tree with "carvings", the old log cabin, the 2 mounds with a road in between them, the "driil holes", numerous "bluffs" - one with a "cave" in it, etc., etc. ALL very near Goose Creek... you can take pics of em ALL... maybe do further "work" in 2006... meanwhile... MY research is ON-GOING... ;D

Yo! Rebel here: Good stuff, Beale! Like I told ya on da phone... gotta write yer book... get it published... I know of both families here in Bedford... AND many, many families have "stories" to tell about ALL this... it would be a GREAT College/University projest for Sociology major to do "research" on... "hint", "hint"... ah well... it WOULD BE a good "read". ANYWAY... lot of "good old boys" shooting up Bedford County... NO ONE shot or killed, yet... HA! AND... the deer/bear/turkey coalition is "on da RUN"!

Albert, I've all but given up on breaking the codes but your research impresses me. Wow! You have done some digging over the years. Don't know the chances of hunting on the properties you have mentioned but it seems that it's worth getting the detectors out anyway, that is if everybody that read your post is not on their way out there already. But i think i know you better than most, you didn't tell it all did you? ha! Hope not anyway. Later

Where did everyone go? Have they sold out of shovels at Wal-marts in Bedford? I can't even find a backhoe to rent?
Just kidding! I was wondering what everyone else's thoughts are? The treasure is really there! How about enough of us meeting up there and going to dig it up? They would have to arrest too many, maybe they would let us all go? albert_hunter@yahoo.com

I think it's about time to give the "Indian" a call don't you Albert? When you get close and still can't find it they say he's the one you need! But there still seems to be a real problem with this tresspassing thing. I think we might need a good used car salesman to talk to these people. I do have a deep seeking two box detector that might work.

Yo! Rebel here: ;D Good point for both of you... da "locals" are focussed on x-mas and "hunting" deer/bear/turkey... da snow was NOTHING! The Bedford County "Cops" are plentiful... (they even have a "satellite office" at the old Montvale elementary school (Taylor Mountain is @ 1 - 2 miles east on Rt. 460... HA! so is Beale (Treasure) Trail Road & North Goose Creek...) BUT! Da "land" is south of Monvale or... Da Indian? Lawd Gawd A'Mighty!

kydave,
I already know where to dig! The Indian is good, he is the World Champion long distance treasure finder. I may be just as good. I have had any competition yet. Maybe, I should challenge the Indian to a hunt. I have been picking the Beale Treasure up from six to seventeen miles away. I know where it is. At least there is some large treasure there. When can we dig. I may chance it myself. Don't want to go to jail but the excitement of the recovery may be worth the candle. albert_hunter@yahoo.com
