DEAR Mr. Beale
YOU are the person thats going to profit from your ideas ,thoughts and research the reason i haven,t freely given & met with you because of you narrow minded negative attitude toward me .
the other is i believe in giving back whats been given to me and some of those things are time to research money to travel wisdom to use for good of mankind since you dont know me i'd venture to say that you probaly are using one of my inventions daily so in essence you see me every day. and i am sure that you could use your resources more efficiently writing treasure stories Stories are your specialty i know you are astute and well versed in history but unless history has a pick and shovel and hi tech gadets combined with new thought to find old old straight line thinking, thats all this treasure will remain to be is a STORY. HOW Many stories need written lets see WARD ,HART , Innes , PV , mr x , and so on . and how many have offered free a gift of value? if a person refuses the gift then what can be said except when a gift is given freely it may be considered with out value and there in pass over the gift; and yes you have offerd to meet with me but a few years a go i made the first offer and that was to bring my 3D photo stuff and to put a bar and a map into your hands freely, but you declined but i believe oppourtunity knocks but once; and the door has closed for that situation . i wish you the best of sells on your book you deserve to be remunerated for you time and expertise in the subject at hand . and you are entirely the capitian of your thoughts and choices made and opinions verbalised

Gents
I honestly will put up the empty vault pictures in side and out but the last pictures i took are faded over 20 years old
probably after the new year because of Hunting season is in and i need a hunting license by law just to be in the woods but once again i most assuredly will post pics of EMPTY VAULT where do you want them posted , i even do a few other items.
or i could pm you the lat and lon and you could see for your self but its best if i post them because that way you wont waste time and travel which you wouldn't any way; then you can visit the empty site and see for your self

ToMm,
Why do you need a hunting license just to be in the woods? Head on out now, just wear orange if you know what I mean. Please send that location, I'd love to see it.

MORNIN
TO answer your first question its because we have extra game wardens on this time of year Passing out citations for anything and every thing, many years back they fined me $82 plus court cost and all i was doing was taking pictures, cause the law says you must be licenesed during hunting season to be in the woods gun or no gun i found out the hard way.
Do you have a temp email i dont need the whole east coast in there youll have to walk about 2 miles on good dirt road ill give you more info or would you rather see pics first i really am going to post them i dont think theres much if any thing left in or around this particular empty vault .

Yo! Rebel here: ;D Actually beale... I think T.J.'s Vice-President A. Burr is REALLY the one to blame... A. Burr wanted his OWN Country... and wanted MEXICO ! So! Texas wanted to be a REPUBLIC ! SO! Thus was born... the SONS of LIBERTY ! (as in the 1st war against da BRITS...); Tex-Mexs fought against the Mexicans (who won freedom from Spanish rule...); REMEBER da Alamo !!! HA! who were in the war with Mexico ? Robert E. Lee and various generals in da FUTURE Civil War. The MEXiCAN TREASURY disappeared; After the 2nd War with da BRITS (1812); USA Treasury disappeared... and THEN... after the Civil War... the CSA Treasury disappeared... I "posted" ALL this previously... and I think... it is ALL in Bedford County... ;D

Yo! Rebel here: ;D beale, I agree that THIS period of U.S. History is in a "cloudy Mist" of time... and YES! the "official" histories can be "slanted"... in the "spy biz"... there is MISinformation (inaccurate or incomplete info)... DISinformation (outright lies)... MISdirection (diverting attention away from "target")... and MANY more... so this Beale Codes/Ciphers/Treasure story has elements of all three... where IS O. Stone, when we need him? LOL... THIS is BIGGER than National Treasure... The Da Vinci Code... reporting "live" on the ground, here in Bedford County, Va. --- Rebel - KGC

Yo! Rebel here: ;D beale, I think U R correct in this... I DO know that Jeff. Davis... according to O.R. - CSA, asked his Secretary (of War), I think... (will have to find the info) on caves, etc. in WESTERN Virginia... NO reason was given as to why he wanted to know... We ALSO know that there is a map of Bedford County, done by the CSA MINING Engineers Dept... P.V. even has a picture of that map, in hie LAST book on the Beale Treasure... P.V. has LOTS of old maps of Bedford County... He was PREZ. of the Bedford County Historial Society once... and PROBABLY had access to MORE stuff on this... IF REBEL Miners were involved...

Munford, CSA... vmi.edu/archives/Civil_War/CWGenerals/Munford.htmlwhen u do a KEY SEARCH on "Beale Treasure" or "Confederate Treasury"... LOTS of stuff will come up... BUT! I don't have da time to check 'em all... there MAY be just "passing reference" made in these "pieces"...

Yo! Rebel here: ;D beale, as far as I know... Hart Papers were at the Roanoke Library Research Section - The Virginia Room; I have found TWO web-sites... bealesolved.tripod.com/id10.html is the best... As far as I know Clayton died or something... ONLY George wrote something of interest...

Yo! Rebel here: ;D ICE is slowly melting, during the day; beale, glad to see the TOME coming along... TRIED to find stuff by Clayton and Newton... NO luck... BUT! Newton Hazlewood had the FULL set of Shakespeare's works... would LOVE to get my hands on 'em... as I "posted" a year ago or so... I BET Hazlewood, knew about the Baconian Cypher... used by "Shakespeare'' and Francis Bacon... BUT! They used letters... NOT... numbers... ah well...
