How many Beale Treasure Hunters are activily searching for the Beale Treasure? What states are you from? And how many times a year do you work on the cypher codes? How many times do you visit the search area a year? Do you think you are close to solving this mystery? Let us hear from you on this forum. Thanks.
I am from Virginia, originally from West Virginia. I have visited the search area over 3,000 times once I made thirty trips in ten days in late 1989 into early 1990. This was when the famous treasure hunter Mel Fisher was in Bedford County. I have worked at one time or another, some times continously for the past 43 years on the cypher codes trying to solve and break them. I believe I was successful. I will know on trip 3,001 or at least before trip 4,000. Albert Atwell, Hunter of Lost Treasures, LLC, from Virginia.

You would think with 72 guest in the last 24 hours, somebody would have something to say! There are no wrong answers you know, only good suggestions and ideas!

Right you are, kydave. It seems with so many guests-----some would at least have questions and some guest may have answers others are looking for? It does none of us any good if 72 guest come on here-----read and soak everything up like a sponge but never do they spill a drop. A forum is a swell place to swap research, information to find out information as well as to post your own information. If guest don't post sooner or later the website will disappear----------everyone gets tired reading the thoughts and research of the same posters over and over and over. Come on people get on in here and post--------let us see what you have been up to, even if you are not into the Beale Treasure there are other threads-------if you like pitching horseshoes, dig ginseng or just ride your motorcycle or your motor home-----------let us hear about it. We look on here on this forum to learn---------it seems rebel, kydave, TOMm, and a few others post every now and then but for the most part it is just rebel and myself 90% of the time. A lot of times I have thought about posting my last post and never look back again, but rebel keeps me interested. It only takes a few people to keep conversations going, so if you don't post------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------this may be my last?

;D HA! It won't be yer last... I AM looking for SOMETHING... that's for sure. RAINING too much now (@ 5:36 pm/est), to do ANYTHING, but research... As you know, was living in Bedford County, outside Bedford City (formerly known a LIBERTY), Moneta/Smith Mountain Lake , Lynchburg, NOW on Coffee Road in Boonsboro/Bedford County again... in da MOUNTAINS! ;D I have seen the Beale Treasure indicated from Lynchburg, outside of Lynchburg, up in the mountains where Abert, Va. is; from EASTERN Bedford County along the mountains on Coffee Road to Charlemont; to Peaks of Otter, west of Apple Valley; past Lowry, past Bedford City, past Thaxton, to Montvale, up to BRP, & Upper Goose Creek Valley, along Reed/Read Creek near Big Island, down to Taylor Mountain; across NUMEROUS creeks (INCLUDING Goose Creek SOUTH ), past PORTER MOUNTAIN; over to Stewartsville; MAN! I think it is ALL "connected" to the CSA TREASURY, James Gang/Cole Younger Gang LOOT, KGC... FBI, ATF, CIA... ;D HA!

rebel,
You know the Beale Treasure is everywhere from Lynchburg to Roanoke, some have posted on here that it is not even in the State of Virginia. You and I know it is somewhere up that way as everyone else does, it will always be that way until someone digs it up and I hope that someone is me.
Our work is slowing down even slower than before so I may have some time to get out and dig that ole' Beall Treasure up. If only the weather would be sunny. I know we need the rain more so I am not complaining. But goooooooooollllllllllyyyyyy.

;D LOL; beale, we DO need da rain; calling for FLOOD WARNING in the WSET 13 TV "viewing area...". PROBABLY better off to wait until about Nov., tho... get the "critters" underground. Almanac indicate a BITTER, COLD WINTER; we will see; better get it up, before the ground freezes.

Correct on the bitter cold winter. All we will need with fuel the way it is. There is one sure fire way of knowing when a bitter cold winter is coming:
First a really hot summer------which we have had. Second is walnuts on tree-----lots of walnuts----lots of cold days-----sit and watch the squirrels put them away. Thirdly watch how far west hurricanes travel-----when they travel to Texas a really cold winter is on the way--during the Spring these west movements will turn to southeast winds that will bring immense ice storms for the northeast.
Of course you already knew all of that. You can also look at the fur on animals -------- the thicker the fur and the quicker it grows out-----the quicker winter is coming and the colder it is going to be.
Maybe I should post this somewhere else? But, I will bring us back to the Beale Treasure. I have every intention of trying to open the vaults and recover the treasure before winter. Ground freezing will be no problem as the dirt is dry--------bears maybe sleeping on top of the treasure though------don't know for sure?
Talk to you later, rebel.

;D STARBUCKS! ;D ACTUALLY, beale... it DOES relate; looking at the TWO "orginal deposits" of the B.T. It seems that the "Job Print" indicated that Beale/Beall & "Company/Associates" were here in Bedford County BOTH times in the winter; THEN, ONLY Beale/Beall stayed over WINTER in Lynchburg, Va. until @ March (SPRING), at which time, "THEY" headed back WEST. ONLY part of the BEALE/BEALL "PARTY" came EAST to make the "deposits"; the REST stayed behind to continue "recovery". I would like to see the weather history of BOTH areas during THOSE "times", and see if there is ANYTHING written up about these guys, SOMEWHERE. There is NOTHING "remarkable" indicated about the Beale/Beall Party in JML (ONLY stuff, "we" already have...). ie. "Job Print" DOESN'T indicate SNOW, COLD, "HARD GROUND", which I would have indicated.

;D Think I'm gonna go back to SOME of the "old posts", dating from 2005; MIGHT find SOMETHING of "interest", that I missed "back then"... ;D

You are so right kydave. They may be on to something but you know truthfully if we told them where the Beale Treasure was located, not a single one could find their way there to dig it up? ;D ;D ;D

Thanks TR, great to hear you have been working on code paper #3 instead of #1, most code breakers never attempt #3 most only work on #1, trying to find the location of the treasure. I worked on #3 have I deceiphered about 2/3 of code paper #1. I thought I was successful especially after I revealed all 30 of TJB's associates and where they resided. Skeptics say there is not enough ciphers in code paper #3 to find all the names and their residences--------well they need to look at my decipherment because I have 30 names, Beale and Morris' share and their residences and next of kin given.
By researching into the area where the Beale Treasure is believed to be buried I have uncovered two names that no one has mentioned before, and these two gentlemen have revealed a general area for the treasure and I believe I will be successful in it's recovery. Time will tell.
So, TR, have you made any progress with #3?
PS I would suggest to anyone working to decipher the codes of the Beale Treasure to decipher code paper #2 and find for yourselves what was deciphered by the author of the "Job Print Pamphlet"
