Wilcard, The guy that did this has your boxcars and cabooses a hundred apart plus one and sometimes minus one that's probably why he didn't use the number 100 and has 81 in that position, now your on my "track" ha. When i used to work on this thing a lot i'd go over to my Dad's house and we would swap ideas. He would always try to get me to give him an idea of how to measure from point A to point B or boxcar to boxcar as you put it. We tried sliderules trig. surveying, minus and plus numbers on a line and you name it and never could figure out how he did it but these numbers were placed where they are not just random picks as you probably know by now. Now where this is just an illusion trick to fool us or the real beale deal i don't know but good luck with your theory. But if this works somehow we always thought the best way to do it would be to decode right back on the doi since it's already been numbered making it easy. later

you know i stopped at bufords georgia a couple of years ago to get a bite to eat. I'd been down at Dalonega panning. This is where the gold rush was in 1819 and 20 you didn't have to go out west but of course the find out there was supposed to be by accident alone.

Place of Deposit: Convenient to the village of Manchester, Ontario county, New York stands a hill of considerable size and the most elevated of any in the neighborhood. On the west side of this hill not far from the top under a stone of considerable size deposited in a stone box are the golden plates. This stone was thick and rounding in the middle on the upper side and thinner towards the edges so that the middle part was visible above the ground but the edge all around was covered with earth. Theres a cementery there called "Wells" that doesn't exist, strange! The people that are supposed to be buried there in reality are buried in "Village cementery" Lat. 42.57 N by 77.13.53 W west side of rt. 21 by Baptist church 1821 Many Revolutionary soldiers and Patriots are buried there. You need to read the Morning and Evening Star newspaper June 1832 which is online and check out the Mormon Bible and Joseph Smith and the Golden Plates.

David and Charlie Mason told me of "THEIR" idea that involved the mormon bible and the Morning and Evening Star newspaper which i found to be very interesting and i studied this for several months. In the June 1832 paper as i recall it seems all parties heading west passed right by the newspaper office and were mentioned in the paper, the size of the party and its captain. In the Bible is named the "place of deposit" and tells exactly where the vault is which will raise your brow if you haven't read about this before. I found this to be a very good idea in connecting it with the beale deal and i doubt if anyone has tried this approach before that tells me theres still things that haven't been tried in attacking the beale code just when i thought that probably wasn't possible and i think the kgc is also a good approach. Just something to post about that needed to be mentioned.

I can tell you guys one thing if you have a child or grandchild in school making poor grades in U. S. History classes, hand them a copy of the Beale Papers and i can bet they will be making A's this time next year. Maybe this is what the whole thing is about. What a great idea to make someone increase their I Q without even realizing it! It does involve reading writing and arithmetic and problem solving. What a great motivator. But i suppose like golf not everyone would take an interest.

Ok Tomm, I'll ask that my previous post be removed! But you do seem to be a little paranoid about where anybody believes you or not! By the way, No such website about the Bill of Rights that you posted about! If you don't believe me check it out for yourself! I can prove i tried to Google it, somebody watched me type it in! If you think i just made all this up to test you, well you might be right! Ha! You do believe me don't you?

I never believed the code numbers were in the correct order to be deciphered from the beginning, even though one paper revealed the message. If they had been the code would have been broken years ago, strings or not! Some sort of adding and subtracting by hundreds going on to spread the numbers and hide the message! I have 40 years invested, i should know!

Yep! Can't wait to see the movie! Watched the first one at least five times! Very good observations on the numbers but seems like it would be hard to keep up with what your doing without getting lost in the paperwork! Now don't make anything out of this cause this is only an EXAMPLE! I used to think you should use the DOI in some manner to do something like you suggested since it's already numbered, by putting code numbers back on it above each word to make things easier, like if 115 is 73 from 24, go to the 115th word and put 97 over it, simple, when the gaps are all closed you would have a sentence! Anyway Merry X-mas to all that have spent so much time on the Beale Mysery!

Hope you find the key there Not An Option and i've noticed you've cleaned up your quotation marks from ' ----' to "--------" so no one should question your identity anymore. Welcome aboard!

Ha! Ha! Ha! Gimme a break! I only noticed when i read your post and then read Not An Option's it's like looking at twins! You two are the only ones that use quotation marks like 'this' instead of like "this"! I'm surprised nobody else has noticed. And your both always comdeming everyones ideas and "bragging" on yours so that tells me your a "match". But i don't think anybody here really cares who calls who what! Myself my only interest is reading the post and if i stand corrected so be it i, i could care less. I don't even look at those awful numbers anymore! Ha! Ha!

Beale, This guy probably hasn't done his homework, just another newbie with a lot of questions and "what ifs". Or could he be an educated for real codebreaker that could answer some of our questions for a change? I doubt it!

Yeah, i kinda figured you had already tried that method. If i had lived a little closer i probably would have too. But i have to admit i didn't think of all the details you mentioned. You didn't by any chance cross any of the homesteads or farms you all have been talkin about did you? Like i posted in the past, it has to be buried on someones property in the party or their relative. I sure wouldn't bury a treasure on public land or somebody elses land would you?

Wow! Had to create a new account before i could post again! Anyway some logical thinking would be to get the map out and go out 4 miles with a circle around Bufords and walk that circle. Ha! You would have to walk right by the treasure. What would that take, a couple of days? You like to hike don't ya Reb?
